Growing Fresh Food, Right Where It's Needed

Cedar Bluffs sits more than 20 miles from the nearest full-service grocery store. During the winter months, fresh local produce all but disappears from the shelves — right when good nutrition matters most for growing kids and food-insecure families. Cedarponics exists to close that gap: an aeroponic tower farm growing leafy greens, cucumbers, peppers, herbs, and tomatoes indoors, year-round, regardless of the weather outside.

1. We grow. Aeroponic tower gardens in our Cedar Bluffs facility produce fresh vegetables continuously, all year long.

2. We deliver. Produce is harvested and delivered within 24–48 hours — to school cafeterias and our own pantry shelves.

3. We serve. Every tower of fresh food helps a student eat better at lunch or a neighbor put a healthy meal on the table.
