Cedarponics: Fresh Food, Right Where It's Needed
Our aeroponic tower garden system grows vegetables without soil — using a fine nutrient mist delivered directly to plant roots. This approach uses a fraction of the water and space of traditional farming, and because it's entirely indoors, it isn't affected by frost, drought, or Nebraska's unpredictable weather.
What we grow:
• Leafy greens — romaine, leaf lettuce, spinach, kale, chard
• Fresh herbs
• Cucumbers
• Cherry tomatoes and lunchbox peppers (seasonal)
Because harvest happens just steps from where the food is used, produce reaches our pantry and community partners at peak freshness — often within a day or two of being picked.
